Summer Recipes: Feta and Marinated Tomato Salad

This super simple summer salad is perfect for your next picnic or potluck barbecue. The marinated fresh summer tomatoes pair nicely with the briny feta cheese.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes, oil, garlic, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and dill.
  2. Place feta cheese on a platter, and spoon marinated tomatoes on top.
  3. Serve with bread or pita for dipping.

Tips: Multicolored cherry tomatoes add pops of color to this dish.
